-Play a different team for 55 minutes each week and follow the league standings
-12 weeks of games (regular season and tournament)
-4 players on at a time including a goalie
-Recommended rosters of 6-8 players, but can carry more
-Nets sizes are 2m x 3m
-Shinpads and non-marking shoes are required
-Rec A (competitive division - no min co-ed rules)
-Rec B and C (rec divisions for beginners and novice players / min one identifying male and one identifying female on the court)
